»MORGEN LAND«
Andrea Diefenbach, Nina Poppe, Ann Katrin Warter, Matthias Walendy
In a compilation of photographs by four selected artists, “Morgen Land” focuses on the fundamental values of sustainability in the context of today’s ecological and economic challenges.
Photo artists Andrea Diefenbach, Nina Poppe, Ann Katrin Warter, and Matthias Walendy illustrate the topic based on a multifaceted, narrative-documentary approach. Their photographic images take viewers on a journey to Canada, Japan, the Republic of Moldova, and the Alps. The artists go beyond the everyday focus on environmental issues and – despite the distance – explore the social aspects to create a closer, more personal level. Viewed from four different perspectives, the series of photographs examines our social structure and the way we deal with environmental issues.
In conjunction with “Morgen Land”, the aff Galerie Berlin and DRIVE. Volkswagen Group Forum invite viewers to join the conversation – encouraging everyone to become involved in their own sphere of activity and support the development of a sustainable planet.
