»Cowboy by choice«

Ulrike Schmid

I live like a cowboy.”

Torn away from working life by illness, Lämmi fulfills his dream. As he has never been in America, so he builds his life based on films and books. In her work, Ulrike Schmid investigates the realisation of a lifelong dream as well as the adaptation of common cowboy clichés in provincial eastern Germany.
